LA TROBE UNIVERSITY WATERSKI WAKEBOARD CLUB 

Welcome! We are the La Trobe University Waterski & Wakeboarding Club, also known the the La Trobe Wakeriders.

We are active all year round, travelling to destinations like Eildon, Nagambie, Deniliquin and the toasty waters of Hazelwood in winter, where the water is 25 degrees!

 

We frequently run day trips and weekend camping trips where we spend the days out in the boat boarding and having fun socialising by the camp fire. We run many trips with other unis including Swinburne, RMIT, Monash and Melbourne.

 

The best thing about this sport is that it doesn’t matter whether you have never been skiing behind a boat before or you are a seasoned rider. We cater for all skill levels and welcome beginners. We offer coaching from the more experienced members and have all the equipment necessary for you to come out and start having fun!
